“We believe luxury should go beyond excellent service. It’s about intuition and the anticipation of your needs. This deeper understranding of what you desire helps us deliver a greater luxury and loyalty experience for you.”

The Seeker Project was developed the Seeker Project to help predict their customers most primordial desires and then recommending their services that fit the customers biometric response profile. The Accor Hotel Group does this by immersing their guests in a completely interactive sensory experience. Using a custom rigged Muse as an EEG device (Did you know, Georgian Dental® has been rockin’ that technology since 2016 for research on moderate sedation and most recently Serenity Boost™ to determine EEG response to essential oil formulations), the Accor Hotel Group were able to measure their customer’s behavioural responses, including their biometric responses: EEG, heart rate, galvanic skin response, and brain activity to the stimuli they presented. The result is a “psychograph” that reveals deeper insights into their customer’s true desires.

Check out their website for an online version of  SEEKER which measures impulse-based reactions to our stimuli, paired with heart rate tracking measured via webcam – very cool and creative way to determine your instinctual responses to imagery and then calculating your vacation stay preferences.
